REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Digital Products - No Refunds

All products sold by DIY Download are digital files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy for digital products.

Exception: Accidental Duplicate Purchases

We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase at [your email address]. We will review your request and, upon verification, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

To request a refund for a duplicate purchase, please provide:

• Your order number(s)
• The name of the product purchased
• Proof of the duplicate transaction
